  20. Thats because the chip is used in a strange manner. At some times both R and S 
  21. are active. And its that state which is implemented different in Motorola and 
  22. TI chips.

  24. There is a workaround, where you can use the TI chips, but than you need an 
  25. additional logic chip ('00 if I remember well).
